West Sumatera is a unique province in Indonesia. Its culture is called Minang. It is unique for several reasons. First, it has some wonderful views. There are SianokCanyon in Bukittinggi, LakeManinjau in Agam, and LembahAnai. In SianokCanyon, there is a beautiful river. It is reallly cool. LakeManinjau also has excellent scenary. It is surrounded by blue mount. LembahAnai is a beautiful waterfall. It is near from street. So, it is easy to reach.
Second, it has a lot of historical buildings such as house of birthplace of BuyaHamka, a well-known author, PagaruyungPalace, and Jam Gadang in Bukittinggi. Jam Gadang is the symbol of Bukittinggi city. It was built by Deutch in colonial era.
Third, it has delicious foods. West Sumatera is known with its spicy foods. For example, rendang and samba lado. Besides, lamang tapai is also Minang food. From several the uniqueness above, no visitor should miss it. They have to take some photos for their documents.
